Library Computers
Computers in the library and the computer labs are supported by the Office of Information Services. You will need your University network ID and password (same as your Stritch email ID and password) to access these computers.
Computers in the library are available during library hours. See computer lab hours for the availability of campus labs.
Students do NOT have access to network storage on library computers. The user profiles are removed from all computers each day. If you store anything on a library computer it will be lost.
The library has a pool of laptops and iPads for checkout.
These programs are standard on all library computers and loaner laptops:

All photocopiers and microfiche printers in the library take vendacards, not money. Your University ID card functions as a vendacard. If you do not have your University ID, you can purchase a vendacard at the library circulation desk for 60 cents.
Your University ID card or your vendacard start with a zero balance. Copies are 10 cents each. You can add any dollar amount to your card at the library circulation desk.
No refunds are made for the unused balance on your card.

Printing from the University's public computers is accessible through your network login and tracked by Pcounter. Registered student are allotted 400 prints at the start of each term period (fall, spring and summer). Additional prints can be purchased if your allotment is depleted. Alumni can purchase prints at any time.

The Dell computer purchase plan offers students, faculty and staff the opportunity to purchase Dell computer systems at special prices.
The WAICU MS Student Select Program allows individual who are employed by or attend WAICU member colleges and universities to acquire certain Microsoft licenses and media at less than half the cost of the academic retail boxed product.
