Cardinal Stritch University uses PaperCut, an eco-friendly print management solution. Each time a student prints, they are alerted of their current print count and must confirm the print job before it will print. Prints are automatically deducted from the student's PaperCut account. The library has black and-white printers on each floor, and two color printers on the first floor. All computers in the library can print to at least one black-and-white printer.
The library has one multifunction printer that is capable of photocopying in black and white. It is located on the first floor near the reference desk. To make photocopies, students login to the copier using their CSU login credentials. The copier will display their current PaperCut balance. Copies are automatically deducted from the student's PaperCut account. Each black-and-white page costs one PaperCut count.
The library has one multifunction printer that is capable of scanning to email. It is located on the first floor near the reference desk. The library also has a desktop scanner that is directly connected to a computer. It is located on the north wall of the first floor. There is no charge for scanning.
There is one microfiche/microfilm reader in the library, which is located on the first floor. Microform documents can be scanned and saved digitally and printed from this workstation.
